(More customer reviews)I purchased two Patio Umbrella sets in spring time to be ready for summer. I set them up for July 4 party by the end of the day when I went to close the sets one of them was only hanging by its string, the plastic lip attaching it to the top frame had cracked. I contacted Best Choice products and they asked me to send pictures of the damaged umbrella set, I did so and they stated that they would get back to me, weeks go by and I hear nothing. I again e-mailed inquiring about getting a replacement or reimbursement for the damaged Umbrella which clearly had a manufacturing defect as my other one is fine. They write back that it was past my sixty day warranty so they can do nothing. I then thought if this was going to be their answer then why ask me to go thru they expense of sending them pictures. It is clear that this company does not stand by its products and can care less about its customers.
