Installation was tricky, and it's good to know beforehand that anchor points need to be spaced apart a fair distance longer than the sail, so be sure to measure before ordering. Also, make sure your situation allows you to be flexible with where you place your anchor points. I had to slide mine a bit to ensure that the shade would be taut.
If you use a post for an anchor point, it needs to be quite strong--for wood, the installation guide recommends a 6"X6". As it was difficult to install this size post on or next to our raised (12' above ground) deck, I ended up anchoring to a tree 20' feet away. The angles aren't perfect, but it works and the shade looks nice.
