(More customer reviews)I bought this product on September 5th, 2008. By mid October 2008 I came home and the bed was torn apart. There is a center grommet in the center of the bed. I do not know if there was a mal-function and my dog got her nail stuck and it came apart, but it came apart. I'm trying to keep an open mind and maybe the mal-function is actually my dog eating the bed, but I'll never know.
I suggest a bed that has no center grommet and in order for it to come apart the dog would have to chew it up. Also, make sure you can buy replacement pieces so you don't have to buy a whole new bed.
Further more, I've been trying to contact Coastal Pet Supplies to no avail. I was interested in seeing if just a bottom piece could be re-purchased and I've recieved no feedback from them.
