One of the arms came in bent (unbeknownst to us) so when my husband and I pulled to open the tent, it bent more so the tent wouldn't set properly. We were able to get it up for our party but in the middle of the day the bent side collapsed (the plastic oonnector broke). Since Golf outlet has a no return policy on this item, it is now on the way to the dump as well as the $176 ($126 + shipping) we spent on it. I would suggest investing your money in a different product if you are looking to have it around for awhile.
